Time to fill up the freezer!  Our two pigs and a cow will be heading off to the butcher in the coming week.  These critters were raised on a healthy mix of pasture, vegetables and grain, and will be processed nitrate-free.  We’ll be selling the pigs by the half and the beef either by the half or by the pound.
