Flourless Zucchini Brownies

Another winner from CSA member Sarah Bodine!

1 cup of almond butter. You can make your own if you
want to save a few bucks.
1-1/2 cup of grated or chopped zucchini or zephyr summer squash (you can use a
shredder and then chop it up into really small pieces).
1/3 cup of raw honey (or maple syrup)
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 cup of dark chocolate chips.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix everything together.

3. Pour into a greased 9×9 baking pan.

4. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
