Scallion Pancake

This recipe pops up on the Bahner Farm Instagram page every year, and we finally made them! They’re so quick and simple, and kids love them.

Batter:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup water
2 eggs
Salt
1 bunch scallions

Dipping sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Mix up the batter (first five ingredients). Chop scallions fine (both green and white parts) and mix into batter. Fry in generous amounts of oil. Top with the sauce.
