Oven Roasted Cherry Tomato and Broccoli Pasta

This is a recipe from CSA member Ida Berg — she says it’s “yum, yum!”

15 cherry tomatoes,
2 C. broccoli florets cut into bite size,
small onion quartered,
1/4 tsp salt,
1/8 tsp black pepper,
2 cloves garlic diced.

Drizzle with 2 T olive oil and roast in 400 degree oven for 15-17 minutes or
until tomatoes start to split.  Meanwhile cook and drain pasta (the recipe
calls for whole wheat pasta with no measurements, Ida used 1/2 lb. of penne)
Serve with julienned basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.    The last
time Ida made it she added 1/2 lb. of mushrooms quartered.
