Recipe thanks to our awesome regular farm volunteer, Sam Clark.
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped gailon broccoli
3 thinly sliced scallions
2-3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
Salt or soy sauce to taste
Dry toast the sesame seeds.
You can either toss the broccoli on top of the rice for the last 6 minutes of cooking or do a quick saute and add it to the rice after.
Combine all ingredients.
p.s. If you get a tofu share, cube up the tofu and sauteé it in a little oil on low heat for ten minutes before combining it with all the other ingredients in the final step.
