This year, in addition to our Hatchet Cove Farm vegetables and raw milk, we’ll offer add-on shares including locally crafted Heiwa Tofu, nutrient dense breads from Brazen Bakery, beautiful flowers from Calico Floriculture, Misty Brook Farm eggs (only five shares left!), Rooster Ridge chickens (only twelve shares left), Oyster Creek mushrooms, freshly milled grains from Grange Corner Farm, FIORE olive oil & vinegar, Appleton Creamery cheese, and more! We’ll offer our members the chance to order organic blueberries in August, beef and pork in the fall, and free pick-your-own opportunities at the farm throughout the season. So much good food in one place!

Apprentices arrived at the farm last week and the greenhouse is full of seedlings getting ready to get planted in the field. Three calves were born in the last ten days (Ash, Daffodil, and Valkyrie) and the greenhouses held together during last week’s windstorm. We’re starting off the season strong and can’t wait to harvest fresh veggies for our members.
